I design and deliver strategic training for founders, senior leaders, and marketing teams who want to think more clearly, make better decisions, and align their organisation around a deliberate approach to growth.

This is not tactical marketing training. It’s training in how to think strategically about growth, positioning, and systems, so progress continues long after the session ends.

Why the training exists

After 17 years building and scaling product-based businesses; as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, and senior executive leader I’ve seen one consistent pattern:

For the past five years, I’ve focused on helping organisations build that capability from within. Training founders, leadership teams, and senior marketers to diagnose problems clearly, make confident decisions, and align teams around a shared strategy.

The goal isn’t more activity. It’s better thinking, better decisions, and better alignment.

Sessions are practical, focused, and designed to be applied immediately, without overwhelming teams with theory.

Funding Support (NZ)

I’m a registered Regional Business Partners (RBP) provider. Eligible NZ businesses may be able to access funding for strategic training.
