Most growth problems aren't marketing problems.

They look like marketing problems — inconsistent leads, messaging that doesn't land, campaigns that cost more than they return. But underneath that, there's usually something upstream: unclear direction, positioning that doesn't quite fit, or a go-to-market approach that was never really designed.

When those things aren't aligned, everything is harder than it should be. Not because you're not working hard enough — but because you're working without a clear enough foundation to make good decisions from.

The Growth Clarity Sprint fixes that.

This is a structured, one-on-one engagement over eight weeks. Using the Growth Clarity Method™, we work through your business together: getting to the root of what's holding growth back and defining a clear path forward.

Phase 1 — Direction We start by getting clear on where you're going and why. This covers the type of business you're building, where growth should come from, who you're focused on, and what you're choosing not to chase. Most founders haven't had the space to be explicit about these things. This phase creates that foundation.

Phase 2 — How to win Once direction is clear, we work on positioning and offer. How you're differentiated, where you stand out, what you're selling and why it's compelling. This is where your marketing gets something real to say. Your go-to-market approach becomes something you can actually build on.

Phase 3 — Make it stick Strategy is only useful if it changes how you operate. This phase is about making the thinking durable: building your messaging hierarchy, defining your customer journey, and establishing the decision-making clarity that means you know what to prioritise and what to stop doing.

What you'll walk away with

By the end of the sprint, you'll have a clear diagnosis of what's been holding your business back, a refined positioning and strategic direction, a prioritised focus for what comes next, a scorecard to measure whether the strategy is working, and an embedding plan to make sure it doesn't just sit in a document.

Mostly, you'll have confidence in the decisions you're making and in where you're headed.

Who this is for

This is designed for founders who are doing the work but feel unclear on whether it's the right work. You probably have a business that's generating revenue, maybe a small team, and a persistent sense that you're working harder than the results justify. You're not looking for more tactics. You want to understand what's actually going on and fix it properly.

If you're looking for someone to execute your marketing or run your campaigns, this isn't the right fit. The sprint is strategic. It doesn't include done-for-you delivery, campaign management, or ongoing advisory. What you walk away with is clarity and direction that's yours to own and act on.
