How do I use the Strategy Workshops?
I like to keep things simple. Each 90-minute Strategy Workshop can stand alone and is an invaluable tool in hashing out a particular problem your business faces - such as creating and refining your value proposition to become more competitive, or developing OKRs or KPIS to ensure your whole team is aiming for the same strategic goal. The Workshops are flexible enough to let you tack on an extra session whenever you need it.
But put a series of Workshops together and we can create something truly great. From designing a disruptive business strategy to writing a G2M plan, a series allows us to set goals and targets and work towards them together over a length of time.

What does a Strategy Workshop include?

A pre-Workshop call, email or questionnaire to help me determine the best way to organise the Strategy Workshop.

A 90-minute interactive Workshop, harnessing the power of the latest collaborative technology such as Miro boards to drive creative thinking.

A Workshop Report with outputs and summary as well as my recommendations for practical next steps to take.

Each Workshop is customised to ensure we pull out as many valuable insights, recommendations and new ideas as we can. You've got a killer business strategy but now you need to actually get the business to the market. Building a 'Go to Market' plan helps ensure everything we're doing to spread our message and launch our business or product is in sync with the overall strategy of the business.
This series includes:

Creating a brand mission, vision and purpose, as well as defining your brand's personality, including tone of voice, culture, values.

Understanding customers and working through ideal customer profiles.

Identifying marketing platforms and the best ways to get your name out there with a coherent PR strategy that includes other stakeholders and influencers.

If you know you want to work with me in some way, but aren't quite sure what you and your business need, the Strategy Workshops are flexible enough to work as stand-alone sessions on an ad-hoc basis.

Working on your business, we get to go deep into solving strategic business problems and buisning a solid foundation to your business model and brand.
Each strategy session is worth it's weight alone, but put a series togheter and we can create something truly great. Below you'll find how clients are typically using their strategy sessions to work with me, but before getting started we;ll go over some goals custom designed to I like to keep things simple, so to oI work with clients through a series of strategy sessions which I customise for each client, depending on where we get to and what I think will be best way to analyse and pull out insights, new ideas, and give founders, CEOS, and senior leadership a clear sense of direction. At the end of each major project, everything we've discussed is put into a report, ready to imbed further into the organisation.
Working via strategy sessions gives everyone the flexibility to pickup and work with me where they need.
